I can't believe that it is the end of term and the end of our home learning. I am so incredibly proud of you all for the fantastic attitude that you have shown and the quality of the work that you have produced over the last few weeks. It has been lovely to keep in touch with so many of you over the last few weeks.
Well done all of you!! You can have a rest now and enjoy the summer!
There is no timetable or work set for you online this week but I have attached some activities that you might like to do if you have time over the holidays.
Remember to keep learning those times tables on 'Hit the Button' and have a go at all the 'My Maths' activities that you haven't had chance to do. I have put some super maths booklets below too.
You could also look through all the timetables and complete any activities that you may have missed.
Try to read every day and keep looking through those 'tricky words' for Year 2. Practise your letter formation as well.
I know that a lot of you will be in school on Thursday. It will be lovely for you to see some of your friends and meet some of the staff from Year 3. Mrs. Rowley and me will pop in to say hello to you all so look out for us.
I believe that there is a picnic in the park being organised over the summer. It would be lovely if you could all come. Mrs Rowley and I are really looking forward to it.
Thank you all for being a wonderful first class at St. George's. We have only had a short time together but I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. I shall miss you all next year!
Keep smiling and stay positive.
Much love as always!
